Domino’s Pizza

I ordered 4 pies today and all 4 were made great.
Service was quick and friendly.
Hopefully the pizza taste like this again next time I order.

Ordered online and selected curbside pick up. I parked for 15 minutes outside and got fed up and went in. Everyone was busy socializing with each other. Tried again the following week at same location. I parked outside again for 15 minutes.I went inside again, same issue. I went in and got an attitude from staff. They said they saw me outside waiting. No apology or anything. Lack leadership and good customer service.

Varied menu. Prompt delivery. My delivery came 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time. They are following social distancing where payment is by credit card and food is delivered with no contact with customer. I ordered online and gave instructions as to where to leave the food and asked for a text after the delivery was made. Instructions were followed to the T. You can also tip your driver when placing your order too. Thank you Domino’s during this trying times. It is appreciated!

Went to pick up 2 pies. My pies were on the ready shelf when I came in but staff could not find them until 15 minutes went by. One older worker appeared drunk. I complained that my pies were cold after sitting on shelf so long. They denied this. I got home. The pies were COLD. Also, one pie had WRONG INGREDIENTS and was UNCUT. I have photo. I called the store 7:30 pm 5-15-18. After a 26 minute hold the man who answered told me that he had no time to listen to my problem and just hung up on me. I have ordered my pies at this store every week for three years. NO MORE.

So disappointed in this store. Ordered a pizza the pizza came burnt and it was NOT edible. We had to call it in as we paid, and it was not enough to feed our family. We called and was on hold for the longest time. The store manager was rude and not accommodating. Told us it was our fault and told us we could go to the store to purchase a new pizza, he didn’t even apologize. How any one would serve that or even put it in the box is beyond me.

Just avoid this store at all costs. Call Papa Johns. You can’t go wrong with Papa Johns.
