Just got Easter bun & cheese sanwich from Donna 441/broward very embarrassing for $3.50. Big slice a bum and a little piece cheese don’t cover half of the sanwich – I took a picture but cannot post – can management fix that very misleading to your customer s . Last time I got this it was the same though it was a mistake , but wrong it’s s trained technique of standards – this was a really bad experience it’s really looking forward to enjoy this for lunch . End up leaning half empty bun for later till I can buy some cheese / this experience wasn’t too
cheesy

We went there at 3 and they already ran out of fried plantain. When you see that the food is getting low prepare more. Just saying. Away from that service was good. Fried chicken up.. The rice and peas I give it a 3

Heat the patties please. They are cold when I get them. Apart from that the customer service is good. Never too crowded and the wait time is average. I love the soup. Although I appreciate them filling it to the top, it doesn’t transport well in my car if I am driving alone so I have to try to drink a good portion myself before I can travel with it. That can take awhile, especially if you are in a rush because it is hot as France, but I prefer hot soup than cold. I would suggest getting better quality spoons. It is hard to cut through dumplings with those flimsy spoons and they are too short for a large soup. I understand that it may cost more money, but I hope some day they can use less plastic and more Eco friendly options, so we can all help the environment. Overall though, good food and service.

Stereotypical Jamaican restaurant customer service unfortunately! Very unfriendly! The fried chicken is the best. I bought an overpriced pepper shrimp and it was old and spoiled. 5 stars for the chicken but 2 stars for the experience and service.

One of the better locations. Good food portions. More available seating
