They’re not very friendly they follow you around but don’t know where to find anything at and they make you feel like you’re stealing when you haven’t picked up anything customer service could definitely be a lot better. They do have a great selection of products I will give him that but the help you be a lot better there were seven people today and people looked at me like I was crazy when I ask for help

Horrible first experience, the fact that when I walked in and stared at instead of welcomed was the first thing I noticed. Then I go to the front to get help and they still stare at me. Another customer comes up(male) then she acknowledges me. I said to her I needed help but everyone keeps walking away from. She then says “well you didn’t say anything.” Is this your job or mine? Instead you should said I’m sorry I didn’t see you do you need anything she continued to ignore me and ring up a customer that case after me. Just rude. I will never come back to this place. I drove 20 mins. I could of went to the hood where I’m appreciated.

Love them! Huge selection of products, helpful staff. And if you get the VIP membership it’s totally worth it– you save lots of money!!! Just renewed mine for a second year and i got a hat as a free gift!
