We used Lee Goldman when we bought my house 9 yrs ago and now that we decided to sell we used Lee again. Now with that said I have done a tremendous amount of upgrades since then. Anyway we signed on a Thursday afternoon, listed on Friday, open house on Saturday for 3 hrs and sold that day to a cash buyer for more than we asked for. We are very happy with the result, but be careful what you wish for. We had to be out within 3 weeks and sold all our furniture. Great Job Lee, we are off on our next adventure
