Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation

If you’re thinking of moving a senior to Five Star Premier Residences in Plantation, don’t even bother..They expect you to plunk down $4,000/month without letting you even see the unit…Horrible treatment..Didn’t want anyone out there looking for living facilities for a senior member to waste their time looking at this one…

my mother fell 3 times because of bad aids, they left her on the toilet for 3 hours ! the food is horrible she has been sick and they refuse to address it she lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks throwing up from raw uncooked food Do not put your parent in 5 star assisted living ! The food is so horrific my mother throws up at least 3 times a week . It’s over cooked and left out I was appalled. The nurses left her soiled for 9 hours. My mother’s 90 is sharp as a tack but disabled. They never come when she rings for them and for 2 days never showed up so I had to hire a private nurse. It’s elder abuse and I’m filing a complaint with the city and having them investigated. Do not send your loved ones here- even the local doctors will tell you it’s a scam!

My mother has been here for over four years and she loves it. The management and staff are exceptional. The facility is always immaculate.
I would not have my mother anywhere else.

From the superior dining menus to day long facilitated activities, as well as housekeeping and maintenance services, there is little missing from making this a fully inclusive residence for those desiring any level of day to day support. Most impressive has been the depth of dedication and and attentiveness demonstrated by each and every staff member. Knowing that staff members truly are in touch with and watching over all residences gave me the ultimate comfort in knowing that my mother was in a safe and caring residence. Communication has always been prompt, open and supportive

My mother moved in over a week ago and she is so happy here!
She is 82 years old and very active. She is really enjoying socializing and participating in all of the fun activities on the schedule like the biweekly happy hour before dinner, bingo, cards, movies, excursions, yoga, and live singing/ dancing.
She is also enjoying the breakfast and dinner meals so far.
My Mother is so much more social and outgoing! Even though she doesn’t speak English She expresses how secure she feels and how much she loves those around her.
The STAFF is above what you would ever dream of.
Each resident has an individual apartment,
and they have someone come by and clean the rooms once a week. It is truly wonderful to know she doesn’t have to cook or clean anymore, as she worked very hard all her life. Now is the time to sit back, relax, make new friends, and just enjoy life!
We are so happy knowing my mother is in such good hands.
