Just returned from a fantastic trip organized by Flamingo! This was my first time in charge of a school trip and the staff at Flamingo were extremely helpful made me feel so welcome, as if I had been doing it for years! As a teacher, it really took the stress off of my end to know Flamingo had our students’ best interest at heart. Several of our students & staff who required specific accommodations were handled with the utmost consideration. Our group had a few minor hiccups but nothing of which was a direct result of Flamingo. In fact, they even helped us resolve a situation that was our responsibility, when one student fell ill during our trip. We traveled with over 100 participants and everything went as smoothly as possible and the kids had a blast! I look forward to planning my trip next year!

This was a great trip. Washington DC is an amazing place for history, and to see our country’s capitol. My tour guide Jose (from Miami Florida) was amazing he’s was hilarious and knew the area very well. He was personal and a great person to talk to. He always had a positive attitude and never yelled at the kids even when he was trying to tell us about a memorial or history about the area. Over all Jose was an amazing tour guide and he should be used only for the best. Along with Ashley (from Texas) was amazing guide and gave good examples of where we were in the district.

Utter disappointment, stay away. I provided an opportunity to correct an bad situation and they did nothing but lead me on and flat out lie to me. At the end they did nothing.
