They are without a doubt the best in the business. A little over a year ago, I was browsing houses after a long day at work. I was reached by Olivia with whom I started talking and while on the phone Fleur called me. I was in awe as both ladies were working in regular business hours that fit my unorthodox work schedule. They were patient with me and explained to me all the steps of buying a home as a newcomer. I felt at ease, not rushed, and overall in good hands. For a month and a half, Olivia worked hand in hand with me, going to look at houses, giving me ideas and opinions and making sure I was getting what I wanted. And putting me in contact with all the people I needed to ensure I was getting a great and safe deal (inspector – loan officer etc). Fast forward to April 24,2019, I closed on the house of my dreams. It would not have happened without Fleur realty group and without Olivia on my side. I can speak to Fleur and Bob’s awesome work from the view of a buyer and a seller. They helped walk my husband and I through buying our first home, and years later selling it. Fleur was very patient with us looking at many many homes in our search for finding one that was right for us. We made a few offers that didn’t work out, but Fleur stayed very positive and encouraged us not to get discouraged. We eventually found our place, and then Bob and Fleur were great at pointing us towards the right people to get inspections, a loan, someone to legally help us with the process. We never felt pressured to use the people that were suggested, but since we were inexperienced with the process and we trusted Fleur and Bob we followed their advise and did not regret it! When it came to selling the home we didn’t have a doubt of who we wanted to guide us through the process and advocate for our best interest. Fleur arranged everything we needed to be successful, great pictures were taken, an open house was arranged and the an excellent listing was made. It took less than 10 days for Fleur and Bob to secure a buyer, and we were able to get exactly what we were asking for. It was amazing! We had a lot of trust in Fleur and Bob to advocate for us and guide us, and the outcomes far exceeded our expectations. This isn’t to say that everything was smooth and easy, I don’t think that’s possible when you’re dealing with such big life decisions. But, their encouragement, positive attitude and knowledge of realty, helped us get through and understand the entire buying and selling process. My husband and I both agree, we were very lucky to have Fleur and Bob and we were right to trust them. They are truly the experts in their field!

Fleur and Bob are amazing. They assisted my husband and I to find an affordable chic condo to rent in 2017 and we have been here ever since. They worked tirelessly and with brilliant effort around the clock. We plan to utilize their services when the time comes to get a house and consider them the realtors to use for life.
