I don’t know if I am reviewing the correct page or not but my insurance is called Florida Blue so I am guessing this is it. I absolutely LOVE this insurance! I have plan 1443C for anyone who wants to know. It is a PPO. I suggest you get that plan. This is worth every penny. I don’t have any copayments at my primary, at specialists it’s $5 and I have only had to pay $3 for prescription medications. I am so happy with this insurance company. My husband and I are both very happy with this company and with our plan. A bunch of great doctors accept this insurance so I am very happy!

My plan kicks in Jan 2020 and I can’t even login to the website. I hope I didn’t make a mistake by choosing this carrier.
