Fresh Remodel is the most professional, company we have ever dealt with. Their workers were prompt, courteous, friendly, andneat. Duran, the owner was very responsive to any question we asked. Our master bath remodel was done a few days under the time projected. We LOVE our bathroom and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

First time I have ever encountered a contractor that asks us to take measurements… Otherwise it would be $100 just to have someone go out to take measurements. That’s ridiculous!! Every other contractor I’ve contacted for all types of jobs have gone out there free of charge.

Not to mention it took them 3 days to call us back!

How do they even ask someone to take their own measurements? That’s absurd! I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Terrible customer service at Fresh Remodel!

I went to Panda Kitchen & Bath and I had no problem. They are very professional, offered to take measurements, and never asked us to pay them for measurements..

My windows contractor measured all the windows…. didn’t charge me…

My flooring contractor… measured… never charged me…

It’s too bad that Fresh Remodel has poor customer service and they are letting business go like nothing… they must not care about their customers or their business…

This is not the type of contractor I want working for me.

Remodeling our bathrooms with Fresh was an amazing experience. Not only are we enjoying the beauty of our new bathrooms, but the entire experience with each and every member of the Fresh team was easy, professional and overall a very pleasant experience.
