I have had enough time to think about this, hiliary doesn’t really care about her clients, I understand in a world like this we all need to make a living all I ask is that you at least pretend to care.
Her goal is to one day not have her clients come back due to a recovery (which is fine, this was one if the reasons why I wanted to see her )
well I didn’t come back because this experience was horrible, she was unprofessional, she blantly showed me she doesn’t really give a care about why I came to see her, I even felt like I was annoying her because of her responses, she was borderline just rude with her spoken responses, she didn’t even pretend to do her job.

, she was on her phone through out our session at one point I stopped talking and picked up my own phone because she was completely absorbed in her phone, while we were in a session, that I was paying for, I was completely livid.

I was deeply disappointed and shocked to see this out of a person in this profession, I would expect this treatment while returning an item at a retail store not here.
