Extremely rude, impatient people. Would not recommend dealing with.

Absolute worse company. Employee and managers attitude are horrendous. This is more of a scam than a pawn shop. They gave me 300 for my note 10 + 512gb. A phone worth $1199. Will never use them again and definitely won’t recommend anyone else to go there either.

If you haven’t stopped by this location. It’s a must. They have good quality stuff. But above all they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist me. Friendly environment!

So disappointed in this store. Bought a used phone and was told it was unlocked. Turns out it was not, and I called the store right away to inform them. He told me to bring it back the next day for a full refund. The guy I spoke with was super nice, and he was more than helpful during my initial transaction. No harm no foul, it happens.

Upon bringing it back, the gentleman that originally helped me was not there, and I was ACCUSED OF SWITCHING THE PHONE!!!!! Not only did the guy (who I assume was a manager or an owner) give me attitude about the situation, that was not even my fault, but to accuse me of this is absurd. I worked in a pawn shop for many, many, years and would have never treated a customer like that. If that situation did occur to me, I would have to go to great lengths before accusing a customer of such a thing. I do not even live remotely close to this store, and traveled a far distance since I needed a used Verizon phone because mine is broken. So not only did I totally waste my gas- twice- I was scolded and accused of something fraudulent. Then to top it off, he gave me my money back in a hundred dollar bill, and when I asked several times for something smaller (I paid with 5 $20 bills……and we all know people hate taking hundred dollar bills) he just kept telling me to have a nice day.
