Dr. Heinemann is an honest doctor with the integrity not to sell you dental work that you don’t need. I was told by another dentist that I needed to have an implant and there were no other alternatives even though I specifically asked to have a temporary solution that would get me through so I could save up for the very expensive implant. I decided on a friend’s referral to call Dr. Heinemann for a second opinion and I spoke to Yvonne at the front desk. I literally looked at my phone a few times during the conversation to see how long we were on the phone because she gave me the time to explain my entire story and she was so genuinely caring and helpful that I knew this was a part of the office culture of great dental care. I made my appointment and as soon as I met Dr. Heinemann I was feeling totally different in comparison to the first dentist I went to see. First of all Dr. Heinemann looks at you in the eye, he actually listened and allowed me to completely finish my thoughts, concerns and questions and I did not feel rushed. He explained in great detail what was going on with my tooth and gave me 3 options of which one included a $250 temporary solution that the other dentist would not even discuss. Above all, I find honesty in the medical field of the utmost priority when choosing care. The entire experience was just a breath of fresh air!

I absolutely love dr. Heinaman. He’s probably not only the best dentist, but also such a great man. He’s always so nice and truly takes his time with all his patients, but is still so punctual. I go to school in Tallahassee and still come home for cleanings. I have a chipped tooth and sometimes have to go to a dentist in school for repairs when I can’t make it home like today (the reason I’m writing this) and no one compares to him.

An excellent dentist who has just done the most brilliant job filling my chipped front tooth. He’s always personal, friendly and punctual too. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I’ve been bringing my whole family here for 20 years. I never wait more than 5 minutes. The whole staff is wonderful, the office is very well run. Love them!

I had negative experience with a dentist in Bonita Springs in regards to poor fitting dentures. When it came to getting implants I chose to drive the extra 100 + miles to get dentures from a dentist who came highly recommended by my oral surgeon.I am wearing the temp dentures for 6 months then have the permanent ones put in. If I could add 5 more stars to the rating it wouldn’t be enough. I have had such a wonderful experience, my teeth are fantastic and I can actually eat solid foods now. He spent hours making the imprints to insure that the teeth were perfect. Saying thank you..is hardly enough for his work….I would drive twice the distance for his services.
