Great trainer and person all around. I started 3 weeks ago and lost 8 pounds within the 1st 2 weeks. He gives great meal plan ideas etc. He definitely treats you like family and pushes you towards your goal. I’m so glade I joined and you will be too. No one better! #teamHERC

My experience has been challenging yet awesome and rewarding I’ve learned patience consistency also how to sacrifice for something I’ve always wanted I love my trainer he’s very patient, informative and extremely helpful also motivating ♥️
