Company is so poorly run. After losing my college graduation due to COVID-19 all I wanted was a quick and simple partial refund of my $200 package purchase of 25 invites that now have the wrong date and time of my cancelled graduation, and a cap and gown that I cant wear. I went back and forth via their “journey” app with a representative who messaged back every two days and completely forgot what we spoke about last time every time she messaged me back. It was like working with a child. Eventually I was told my refund of $85 would process in 10-15 days… it has been a month. Submitted a refund request form through the link sent out for students… still nothing not even an update. Messaged again in the app, got a whole new service agent who was still just as incompetent. Disappointing.

Family owned, locally run shop. They are small and things are done the old-fashioned way.
I had no idea they were within a few miles of my home.
I ordered my daughter’s class ring online and picked it up here. The order took about five weeks to arrive, and I am pleased with her ring. It’s beautiful.
