Everyone I talked to was friendly and efficient; provided service much faster than other agents.
I needed evidence of insurance for a master condo association policy. The declaration page was not available for purchase on EOI Direct. The certificate also did not have all of the information my lender needed. When calling SWP to get what was missing, everyone I spoke to was not helpful and said “well EOI direct should have everything you need” but it did not which is why I am calling you. They twice told me to fax them a letter saying what I needed. They faxed me instructions to get on EOI Direct both times. I have been trying to get all of the insurance information for 2 weeks now which is delaying my refi. I am on the board at my condo and we will look at renewing with someone else due to this poor service.
