Love my eye doctor, but the staff here is mediocre and lack customer service skills.

The staff is nice they make you feel comfortable, but the exam itself it very fast myself personally I like real exams that take longer then 2 minutes I fell like if I was to get glasses from then they wouldn’t even be accurate prescription lenses

Great Doctor and they will mail your contact lenses to your door. The Doc here really cares and listens to your needs. He will put you in a lens that will fit your lifestyle. I wished they carried more designer brands of frames, but you can have your visit order contacts in the store to be sent to your house, and get your designer glasses frames wherever you like.

They are not very good when it comes to getting glasses on time. I’ve leaned that the Doctor is good but better to order your glasses from another place sad but true. 🙁 Also they did send me a text saying after a year I have an appointment that I never made… ?
