Stamped concrete driveway was not leveled correctly and constantly floods in certain parts even after the smallest rain storm. They also messed up the color when they were applying it and the color is completely faded in sections.

My name is Mirna Lopez, I have been trying to get my deposit back for almost 2 months now, as the city inspection did not passed. In the contract that I have it clearly states if inspection do not pass, then deposit is reimbursed. My deposit of $1,663.00, has yet been refunded to me, thought I’ve made many attempts to contact Mike, the sales representative who keeps directing me to the accountant, Larry Cohen who has yet returned my call despite the messages i have left with his secretary Angelica. I will report this company to the Business Bureau and went as far as hiring an attorney to represent me on this matter. Rude, not professional, whatsoever.

Horrible! If you have made an appointment to see Tom cancel it. Trust me. Nothing that is Promised is fulfilled. You will have stress, be let down, be disappointed, be frustrated and a peace of mind and your time will be stolen from your life that you can never get back. Waiting and waiting just to keep getting lied to over and over. 1 month project – yeah right! It took 3 months and still waiting for repair. The outcome was nothing like Tom promised. Larry, John and Tom are in cahoots to make as much money as they can at any cost. Please use a company that is professional , that care and are honest. Not them!

I am giving them 0 stars.
They were supposed to finish a sidewalk for my aunt, who was told that it would be a 3 day job. My aunt gave them a deposit and a second payment to Mike and John. On the 4th day, Larry, who my aunt never met or spoke to before, came to her house and asked her for more money. He said that he was the owner and that the job wouldn’t be finished unless my aunt gave him more money. This was more money than my aunt was originally quoted for. It has now been 10 days and my aunt hasn’t heard from them since.
They are super unprofessional and rude.
I would NEVER recommend their services.

My experience was not good. It should have taken several hours to remove my old driveway but it was seven days before they completely removed the driveway and debris from the entrance of my home. Please look at the photo and you will see the workmanship and materials used by JDP Construction employees at my home. The gap shown in the form is over a foot wide and the form was built using rotting wood from my old wood porch! People having issues may want to refer to Chapter 489 of the Florida Statutes to see the responsibilities of a contractor performing work at your property.

This is an addendum to my first post. It has now been 8 months and many things have transpired. The Florida DBPR Probable Cause Panel has swept my complaint under the rug. I hired a new contractor to remove the substandard work and materials that JDP Construction installed. Please look at the comparison pictures of what JDP Construction did with what the new company did. The pictures speak for themselves. We are currently in litigation so I will not comment any further.
