I had a major leak under slab in my home. The first company I called quoted a complete cold water replumb of my home! Thank God someone referred me to Joe Cole Plumbing for a second opinion. They found the problem within an hours (competitor had been working on it for 2 days!), detailed a workplan, gave an onsite estimate and delivered the work same day at a reasonable price! They didn’t take advantage of me. Gave sound advice and were so professional and polite. I will ALWAY use this company! Call them if you want you plumbing done right!

Highly recommend Joe Cole Plumbing. In addition to being a legitimate licensed company, thanks to Johnny and his team, they inspected my friend’s 1960’s home and determined that the pipes underneath the concrete floor did not need to be replaced. Ended up saving them thousands in labor costs for demolition, install of new pipes, and repair of concrete flooring. A lot of other companies would have said the opposite, done the unnecessary work, and pocketed the money. I’ll definitely be using, and recommending them, for future plumbing needs.

Was having plumbing problems in an upstairs bathroom that I simply could not figure out. Normally, I can handle my own plumbing issues, but this time I needed an expert. Johnny from Joe Cole Plumbing Inc. came to inspect everything, and was able to find and repair the problem in one day. Quick, knowledgeable service. Very straight-forward and transparent pricing. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend Joe Cole Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.

Johnny came over to fix a few lingering issues a previous plumber left behind (a plumber from a different company). He was very knowledgeable on what happened. Checked all bathrooms to make sure water pressure was good after removing some dirt from the line. Great guy! Very quick!

Believe the reviews! Joe Cole is not an ethical or thoughtful person! First off I would like to say our plumber did a great job. It was no fault of his own. When it was time to pay I was asked to sign a blank invoice. I asked our plumber how much to pay and he said I had to call the office. I passed the phone to the man that did the work and he wrote “$325” with no explanation. I was surprised because when I called I was quoted as mentioned in other posts, $119 for the first hour and $85/hour following that. He was at my house for 2 hours. So when I called the office back to get more information the person told me he was at my house for 3 hours. I said to her that she is mistaken which is when she transferred me to Joe and things rapidly went downhill. I simply asked him for a breakdown of my bill. Why is it $150 more than I expected? He told me there was a $75 travel charge and the rest was parts, putty and a strainer. I informed him that these extra charges were never mentioned to me when I booked the service. He agreed to take $75 – still making me pay for the most expensive putty and strainer in the world but he told me he would no longer do business with me and for me to “Lose his number.” Well Joe….the good news is I would never do business with you again because of the way I was treated. He admitted that he does lots of work in my building and that it is an expensive place to live. So Joe, is that why you thought you could charge me $150 more than you originally quoted???

Again I would like to say my plumber did great work thought. He saved the day and I would have happily paid more if you gave me a good reason and weren’t so rude!
