Charged $325 for one hour job to replace an old disposal with a new one I bought from Costco. Was told $70 to come out but would give me a quote when he got there and apply to estimate. Instead, replaced and said $70 fee was just for coming out. Call a more transparent company. They couldn’t even give me a range for installation of a replacement disposal over the phone. I should have seen that as a red flag! Look elsewhere. 😢

Very impressed by the level of detail and care will the service we received. The plumber that took care of us was Alex C. He was so friendly, professional and knowable. I highly recommend this company.

I had them give me a quote to install a toilet flange and a toilet. Lady on phone was really nice and quoted me 1 hour work about $150ish. Guy came to house and said no way, quoted me $500 then brought it to $400. I showed him the door. I went to home depot bought $20 in parts and did it myself. took me 30 minutes. Wow, the are a ripoff. look somewhere else.

Called (Joe Hillman) today at noon today and my problem was fixed by 1:15. AMAZING! From the call center being “human” and friendly to the tech Tony. 5 stars. This company knows what they are doing and the price was much lower than I would have imagined. Absolutely elated. Thanks a million guys!

Excellent customer service – Ashley was very courteous on the phone, and was able to schedule service within an hour of my call. JJ the Technician that came out was highly knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Fixed all the issues and also gave a fair rate. Overall very pleased! Will definitely be using this service again in future.
