Jose’s Uncle Al’s Sports Cafe Sunrise

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I always love the food, especially the wings. We always order takeout but last night decided to dine in. Our waitress, who we later found out is the daughter of the owner, had a bad attitude. 4 of us seated and we had to ask for silverware, she only brought 1, and asked for napkins which she never brought over, another waitress brought our napkins. The food is always good but was expecting better service. Her attitude was the real issue, unfortunately had nothing to tip her for, hopefully this gets fixed because we would love to eat in again

Jose’s Uncle Al’s has always provided an excellent environment that my family and I have always enjoyed. During this time of uncertainty, where we are adjusting to change, I stopped by for take out and I must say that despite the temporary change and circumstances, the friendly service continues to be on point. They have good, decent food at affordable prices and provide a great atmosphere. I will always be back. Thank you to the hard working and friendly staff @ Jose’s Uncle Al’s for all you do. We appreciate you.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is the second day I’ve been taking care of my 2 year old daughter who has been sick to her stomach after the Sunday brunch. The portion of the chicken tenders were so little. They looked like they were the leftovers from the McDonald’s next door. I guess in the end, it was irresponsible of me to feed my child the rushed undercooked junk the chef made that day. I call it that because the waitress clearly told us the portions were too little to begin with. Maybe the chef was having a bad morning and prepared it poorly. They are employees at the end of the day. They don’t care. The waitress herself was snappy towards my wife. My wife was not disrespectful but whether at that moment she was right or wrong, the waitress lacked the proper customer etiquette in handling the situation. I guess it is a sports bar at the end of the day. I shouldn’t expect proper customer service. Or should I? Poor experience for us unfortunately. Please, spare me the response and the apologies. Accept the negative review and make sure your staff is following proper protocols to ensure these things don’t happen again.

It was my first time going. The food and was great. The bar is nice, clean, fast service, friendly staff. We will be visiting more often

I had 20 wings and curly fries and my friends had wings and fried zucchini appetizers. Wings were crispy and a decent size but the sauce could be a little better as I asked for extra wet and it didn’t come that way (also the sauce was a little too oily). Server was informative, friendly and did an overall great job. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and clean and new. I would definitely come back.
