My fiancé purchased a ring for me from this location in November. The same day it was set out to be upsized and it came back missing a diamond. The store sent it out for repair and it came back again missing a different diamond. I did ask for a refund and was told no the store did agree to have the ring remade identical to the original ring. Three months later which is today I received the ring back and it’s the wrong color.
This is the worst experience I have had at a jewelry store. I am now questioning the quality of their jewelry and highly questioning the people who work at this location. They lack quality control and customer service skills.
Buyer beware at all cost avoid this jewelry store spend the extra few dollars so you get quality items

My boyfriend bought me a promise ring here and it’s beautiful! I brought it back to get resized that same week and they wanted to charge me. He even purchased the warranty and they said it didn’t cover that, only cleaning for up to one year. Doesn’t seem like they care if they lose your business. Never going back.
