KenCo Builders built the town home we were living in for 4 years and we never had any issues with the town house. So when it came time to build our new custom home it was a no brainer. We hired his architect to design our home and begun construction on our lot.They did all the site work and built our dream home to perfection. We are so happy we chose KenCo Builders as our contractor. Our parents came over for Thanksgiving and were so impressed that they had KenCo Builders up date their 50 year old home and were also happy with their job.

KenCo was a great find for me! I desperately needed more closet space in the house and serious organization for my garage. Ken Fernandez made himself available to come over to my house and take a look at the various projects I was contemplating. He was professional and very thoughtful throughout the projects. His crew kept things clean and worked diligently to get the projects done. At the end I was very pleased at how well the projects turned out, much better than I had originally imagined. I would happily recommend KenCo Builders to anyone.

Kenco Builder Inc has a good reputation in Davie and when we started looking for a new home, we decided to check what they could offer us. At first we wanted a house that was already constructed but they ensured us that building a custom home is always the better choice.
