KFC

The food was, as anyone would expect from this franchise, great. The problem I had was with the cashier, a young man who couldn’t even modulate appropriately and made communication really difficult. One of my companions asked him if there was any offer available today to which he said “no” but after we ordered we saw a sign with an offer, we asked him again and he said “well there was that, I forgot”. We wanted to change our order and they refused to do so.

I arrived in the drive thru and asked can I be accommodated because my receipt was slightly faded but I still wanted my offer and coupon code that I was given originally. The clerk didn’t understand what I was saying so the manager “I guess” spoke to me said
“if you don’t have a code we can’t help you!” I simply couldn’t understand why I couldn’t be accommodated. That would just make more sense. And I have been lifetime customer. It just saddens me that the manager couldn’t even accommodate me. I felt brushed off and pushed away. Will never return to this KFC LOCATION!

Love the food,but the place looks dirty, everything is greasy, no AC or to high… the baby chairs to old and also dirty… the lady at the cashier very nice.. please pay more attention to the cleanliness.

I keep seeing Popeyes commercials and it made me want KFC so bad! Got it on Sunday and it was so good! I love the combo of chicken + mashed potatoes&gravy + mac&cheese. I get it almost every time! I am going to go there more often.. nice staff too!

4th time this store did not have Original Chicken when we ordered it. Makes you wonder, they run out all the time “or” they don’t make enough?
