Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Service & Repair

As a newbie I feet lost as son as I entered the store. Was greated by Lee, the store assistant manager. I mentioned I was looking for a pool vacuum cleaner and he advised me which one to get. I was impressed he took the time to teach me what to look for and show me the services they do offer such as free water testing, which I didn’t know. He looked all over the shop for a booklet that explains pool maintenance a d provided it to me. Very great experience.

I have been using the store to manage my pool for almost almost a year now. Their pricing on chemicals and accessories are not the lowest for sure, but customer service is taken to the very high level. Assistant manager Lee has a very good experience and solid knowledge base, I can always count on him coming in with a pool problem. They have a great referral base from local companies (pool cleaning services, leak detection, etc) known to them to recommend the best people to care for your pool. Manager Tiffany is very nice and helpful as well.

Of course, a “free water test” is Leslie’s signature marketing move. Works well every time.

Garbage slow service. Lee is completely incompetent. always trying to sell you junk you dont need. they tried to fix my pool pump but ended up breaking it leaving my yard flooded.

Do not buy a pool cleaner from this company ever!!!!
Store manager Tiffany and Joe are very nice however, I bought the Pentair Dorado pool cleaner and a small piece broke.My cleaner is still under warranty and it has been two weeks now with at least a dozen phone calls to both Leslie’s and the Manufacturer with no help insight. I cannot get anyone on the phone despite numerous voice messages from the manufacturer and the hold time is always over 20 minutes despite trying at multiple times of the day. The district manager, John, from Leslie’s Has not returned a single one of my phone calls and will not answer the phone when I call him either. Very disappointing for a company that I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Tiffany the store manager and her assistant Lee are excellent, super knowledgeable and always friendly.
