Liberty Travel

We booked for a group of 8 to travel over Christmas in 2019. We paid a premium and thought we were going to AT LEAST a 4 star all-inclusive… the place (RIU) was a total dump and Liberty did nothing to make up for it. Alcohol was wells level and food was poor. The entire experience was less than ideal and we thought going through a travel agent would prevent this from happening. They are giving us a credit to their company to make things right… like we want to book through Liberty again.. no way! Avoid this company at all costs! They didn’t get us a “deal”, zero perks for using them, AND they sent us to a terrible property for 5 days.

Staff was awesome. Always there for me through a bad time. Got me out of here to Punta Cana last plane out of Fort Lauderdale before Hurricane Thanks guys

laura pataffio was very nice to start off. but once got she got my payment that was it. became very rude to me. .laura pataffio told me I was to (…young…) to understand true value of a travel agent. we booked a trip to coco kay. we were told it would be free for the water park. it was not when we booked our drink package we found out we needed to pay another $150.00 for water park tickets. (lie number 1). then she did not tell us we needed to do early check in to skip long lines at the port. then I contacted her about a price difference I found for the room we booked about $447.00 cheaper. was told prior week to the departure. that no change could be made to get us some money back. I called Royal Caribbean and was told the travel agent needed to call to try and get us money back since we booked with them. was told if I called them that they would not even check for me (lie #2). when you think about it when coming to a cruise all they really do is take your money and input your passport info. that really it.

Debbie is wonderful. She booked our Hawaii trip effortlessly and for a great price!
