Tough love and a tough workout all in one but completely worth it!

This is my 3rd month since I joined Machine Fitness and I’m very happy with my decision.

My condition when I started was below zero, like almost passed out with just the warm up and I had no idea of the basics on how to perform the exercises. Learning how to do it the right way has made it possible for me to consistently workout and start seeing both long term and short term results. With the help I’m getting at Machine Fitness my performance is improving, also I definitely feel better and look better.

The routines are tailored to my needs while progressively increasing the challenge. You also get constant follow up on your progress and guidance on how to develop healthy nutrition habits to complement your workouts.

The place is very nice and well equipped. You get to do different things so you don’t get bored.

There is still a long way to go but I’m very happy with the results so far and totally recommend Machine Fitness to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Update as of April 2018:
I continue to be a very happy client at Machine Fitness after a year from my last review so I felt it was fair to update. I was able to lose around 27 pounds within 11 months of joining and have been able to keep very close to that weight ever since. I have gained muscle and a lot of strength but more importantly my mindset has totally turned from a real couch potato to being consistently active and able to incorporate healthy habits in my life. If you are looking for results I totally recommend Michael as a coach. Having the guidance and expertise of a coach totally makes a difference and is worth every penny. Best fitness program I ever try. It has been a sucessful transformation of my body and my mind. This place its amazing and I am a 100% happy with my journey. From 172 pounds down to 147 so far.

Great facility with new equipment. Perfect for those who like one on one or small group training. The place is not too big but you are sure to get a great workout!
