Terrible service. I booked 3 watches in for battery replacements. I was told to collect the following day….. After going back and forth for a WEEK, I finally got the watches back. I was then inconvenienced by being charged an extra $ 2000 which took another week to sort out with my bank. The one watch had a residue all over the face, and Maurice told me that it was like that when I booked it in. I was 100% sure that it was not as my wife looks after her watch.

This all happened in June

Now it is 4 months later and 2 of the 3 watches need to have battery replacements again because the batteries are dead / faulty!!!! Batteries normally last 2 years?

The store is a mess, Maurice the owner is very good at making excuses and blaming others.

Never ever again, will they see me.

Nice people at first when they want your business. Brought in 3 watches. One for only fitting and 2 for battery change. They said 2 days and it turned into almost 2 weeks. I had to chase them down checking on my stuff until they finally had them ready. I love to support the small businesses but they were a bit incompetent overall. Avoid them if you need jewelry repairs.

My sister got her engagement ring from here and they were very helpful. They create a custom ring just for her. I love how the use a wax molding 1st that needs to be approved before they proceed to making your custom ring. You can purchase one of their sterling silver rings or any of their other jewelry that’s available. There’s also accessories, bags, watches, and so forth available. The staff is super friendly and informative about different options available. I’m glad we both stumbled across this jewelry store. My sister got the Ring of her dreams and I also purchased an amazing automatic Guess watch.
