Metro by T-Mobile

They were good until T-Mobile bought them out and now they’re very undependable. The person that answered the phone was very flippant. He had his answer down pat but it didn’t resolve anything.

I went in today to get some help with my phone and I must commend and make it known that Stefan is extremely helpful. He is a god send. He did a miracle. So very kind, helpful. I hope he gets promoted to management and a raise in his pay. Thank u Stefan for always being of great assistance to me. My 3rd time having him help us. Thank u again

Always a good experience when I go there

I just walked into the store in the Ridge Plaza in Davie FL and I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect by a 2 employee’s. I came in looking for a scratch protection acrees for my phone. This blond girl and tee other associate talked to me like I’m a idiot. Then girl even said to me, your getting flustered for no reason. I replied, I’m getting mad because you obviously don’t want to help me and won’t even answer my simple question of how big is it? I’m done. I will never go to this store again and recommend everyone to stay away, until they get employees who care about there customers and jobs.

Have had mixed results with this location. This is a corporate store location, with repair services and the like. As a major hub for MetroPCS it is constantly busy, so be prepared for fairly long wait times on most days. Sales staff is hit or miss. Have experienced excellent customer service at times. Other times representative left a lot to be desired. Person seemed like they were being bothered and couldn’t stand their job. Definitely a 50-50 shot at having a great experience or it being dreadful. Good luck!! 😉
