Metro by T-Mobile

TRISH and Moe, two rep’s at this store, are valuable assets to Metro PCS!
I have been a Metro PCS customer since 2002 and I’ve been to many different Metro PCS stores and encountered many rep’s. Some were helpful and others not so much.
THIS particular store has a history of helping me, even if it means that if they succeed it could cost them a new phone sale!
My current phone froze, and when it was obvious that the phone wasn’t fixable without taking it apart, Trish tried her best to help me recover my contacts online. My contacts are more valuable to me than the phone itself! (can you relate?)
I ended up buying a new phone (Android Coolpad) which I am SO happy with! My old phone is being repaired at a neighboring repair store, in an effort to get my contacts back. My new phone that I just bought yesterday is SO much better than my old (frozen) phone.
I bought it, instead of waiting to see if my frozen phone can be fixed, because of the product knowledge and helpfulness of these two employees! And I’m so glad that I did!
When I got my old phone two years ago, it was given to me by a friend, and the employees at THIS store, even back then, spent a significant amount of time helping me hook the phone up and answering my questions, KNOWING there wasn’t going to be a sale in it for them!
I couldn’t believe it.
It’s easy to smile and help someone, knowing that you might make a sale. But to invest the time they spent with me, trying to help me fix my frozen phone then recover my contacts online through my Google account, says a lot about the kind of representatives that work at this store!
I could type a full page about how happy I am with my new, affordable, Coolpad phone but I’m ending this review so it’s not too long.
In a nutshell:
I highly recommend THIS Metro PCS store and the Coolpad phone!

The seller was kind and plesent and the service was good.

The store is scheduled to open at 9 in the morning it is 9:08 A.M. and the store is not open.

Por qué soy hispana una de la dependiente me trato terrible solo quería estar en el teléfono hablando cosa personal, le dijo a la otra despierte que me atendiera ella que yo no entendía. Soy hispana no estupida, no quiero ser racista como la persona que me atendió pero como la manager es Árabes le permiten todo por ser de la misma nacionalidad.
One star is too much for that store. I am going to be racist like she was but the Arabic girl that worked there treated me like i was stupid because I am Hispanic. The problem was that she didn’t want to work she only wanted to talk on the phone with her boyfriend/husband I feel sorry for the people who have to work there with that lazy woman and the manager permits all that stuff because they are Arab like she is. Don’t go to that store unless she isn’t working there.

Very terrible services! I wasn’t told about a potential mail & rebate that could of potentially saved me $50 dollars. But that’s not even the start of it, I’ve called the store numerous times and no one answers. So after about a couple hours after purchasing the phone, I couldn’t contact anyone. So I’m going to return this phone immediately after my shift! WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!!!! I never come here again!!!
