This was the smoothest first time visits to a dental Periodonics and Implant office I have ever had. From the first opening of the door, the setting is calming, clean, quiet with coffee, and water available as you fill in the form. The staff is well groomed, polite, professional and friendly. Waiting time is minimal and when you are escorted back to the examination room the tech is friendly, asks questions to fill in the blank areas that you missed, yet professional. Everything is spotless and welcoming. When the doctor enters with a smile and sits down to go over your reason for being there and your past experience with a dental office, it is again, done with a smile. The doctor is very knowledgeable, speaks to you as an adult but uses terminology that is within your knowledge base. After the visual and XRays are completed using very modern technology, the doctor explains the procedure needed. Giving you a couple of options to choose from and explaining the benefits of each.
I can not say enough about the pleasant unintimidating experience. Times have change since my past experiences with other professionals in this field. Thank You Dr. Korn and staff for making it easier on my nerves and emotions to proceed with the procedure necessary for my oral health.
