So impressed on how the office handled my visit during Covid. I felt totally comfortable in that you call before entering, temperature was taken and everything was sanitized and everyone wore masks. Super friendly and compassionate staff- Dr. Miller is great – knowledgeable and caring.

I had the most amazing dental experience! This is my second visit and if I could give 10 stars I would! The minute you walk through the door, the front desk team is so attentive and friendly. Dr. Korn and her amazing assistant Gigi is the perfect professional match! Such a wonderful practice with the best team I have ever come in contact with.

I decided to clean my teeth in January with the clinic, since it is in network of my insurance company and has good online reviews.

They told me that I need to make an appointment for consultation first. I visited the clinic after around one week and I spent almost three hours with them during the morning. Most of time I sit and waited, because doctors are “quite busy”. They recommend me to do deep cleaning, extraction and implant. They charge over $600.00 for deep cleaning with insurance reimbursement, and over $3000.00 for extraction and implant. They ask for $100 deposits if I make an appointment. It will be refunded to me if I cancel it over 24 hours. I deposited $100.00 for deep cleaning.

When I came to office, my coworkers said it is too expensive for deep cleaning. So I made phone call and canceled the appointment, but they refused to refund $100.00 immediately. because they said they check my teeth during consultation. They might refund me after insurance company finalized the claim.

I called them again after two weeks. A manager (maybe accounting manager or office manager, I don’t want to disclose her name online) said they would mail a check to me. After over one month, I still haven’t received any mail. I called them again, left messages, as well as sent email. Sometimes, the receptionist said the manager was in meeting with other patients, or she is out of office currently.

She never returns my phone call. I haven’t received my $100 back so far.

My first visit Monday was a consultation for an implant. There was no waiting time, and everyone was so pleasant. I met with Dr. Miller, who explained everything clearly and answered my questions. He’s very upbeat also. On Tuesday, I had oral surgery for a bone graft. Naturally I was nervous. Again, I was taken timely, was treated exceptionally well, everything went smoothly, and I felt no pain. Today is Wednesday and I feel fine! My experience so far has been exceptional. I’d recommend highly them!

Being afraid of the dentist is an understatement and memories constantly haunted me until a few months ago. I recently moved from New York in the past 4 years and I came in because I knew I was due for some work plus had been out of the dentist for a long period of time. I had to undergo a good amount of periodontal work starting with hygiene procedures, some surgery and unfortunately an implant! If you have to have this treatment done, there is no where else that you would want to be. Tracey made my visits easy and very comfortable and when it came to needing surgery I felt very comfortable with Dr. Korn and her surgical skills and staff. Jessica and Gigi make you feel welcome and keep you well prepared for anything that you may experience. The doctor even checks in on you at night!!! Truly a genuine office that cares about you — the patient. Very different compared to the corporate world I was used to. If you are looking for a gentle, kind surgeon, look no further. I will never get a cleaning anywhere else!!
