My Gym Plantation

After our review on google, the owner called us directly and was very professional and she was able to find a solution for us, thats why I have now taken out my 1 start review and made it 5 stars. Unfortunately because of one of here staff didn’t know how to handle our situation, we got very frustrated. My kid is happy to be back at their gym.

I have tried numerous times to find a solution with these people and they could care less whatever situation you are going through and continue charging your card. Unfortunately my son was very sick and couldn’t make it to the classes and we wanted to be credited with future classes while pausing the payments to make up for it, but after numerous calls someone finally picked up and she was very rude and talking over me while I was trying to explain my situation, they do not reason with you and make it even more difficult to cancel, I will never be bringing or recommending anyone to this place.

This place would be great if it wasn’t for the owner. The owner is rude and eccentric. I don’t trust having my children in a facility with this type of individual in charge. Beware!

Great setting for a toddler birthday party. They truly take care of it all for you. All you have to do is bring extra decorations and food for adults if you want to. The kids loved it. The parents enjoyed the great naps that followed. They also have events for parents night out when you can drop them off to do an activity for a couple of hours while you enjoy dinner on a Friday night.

Amazing place to help motion development in kids. Great kids proff place. Almost everything is cushion. Staff is outstanding. The offer different plans for different ages, speacial partys, actually last week we celebrate our daugther birthday last week, the experience was amazing, the whole place was close for us, all staff and atention was exclusive for the party. We enjoy the party at 100% with no worries.
