Everything starts with the head of the service that’s provided my case was referred to this company. My mom did get a bath and medicine thanks for that.
This is a horrible company trust me I can’t rate them they dropped my case without letting me know only the company over my mom left me without notice I’m sure the pay for the home health aides are little to nothing I’m sorry about that falls on the company. Also there liars be careful of companys with name like this heartless would be a better name.
