I hate to admit it, this store is like my second home. Love the styles of clothing. Love the service I recieved today and everytime I visit the store.

Very clean with low checkout time. It was a pleasure shopping here today…😁

I just ran to the New York & company store in the Westfield Broward Mall in plantation Florida I had to do an exchange unfortunately I did not have a receipt but they have a huge sale going on and only had just bought the sweater a few days ago I go in to do an exchange for a different item under the same sale they have then they want to give you only 50% of what you paid for the item instead of honoring the sales that they have going on at is bad customer service I’m did nothing to try to help out the customer I called their customer service department and their customer service told me if I had bought it online they would have honored the sale.
I will never shop and another New York & company store if they don’t honor their coupons or is always a problem the customer service overall was okay with the associates but not making a customer happy and not handling it properly and telling me if I got my manager she probably would say just the same thing I took time off to run into that store I work a lot I don’t have time for games the money is not the issue the issue is they did not honor their sale.

The visit was good, lots to browse through… I get confused and dizzy with the layout, and the busyness of all the colors in the store. You need to have free time to go through everything, browse patiently and do some trying on…

There is NEVER enough people working to keep the lines running smoothly. It’s ALWAYS a VERY long line. Six cash registers and only one person working the line while others are working the floor stocking merchandise. Rather shop on line. Plus, online always has the better deal.
