Niove Hair Salon

I love Niove and her magic hands and caring, she is so professional and does a great job with my hair color and cut style. Yesterday my husband went for a hair cut and came home very happy saying he will only go to Niove for his hair from now on! Love you Niove and thank you so much for all you do!

Tried their keratin service through Groupon. Keratin did not work. Washed hair after several days with sulfite free shampoo and hair returned to original condition. Also paid $20 for straight trim on ends which was cut completely crooked. I contacted her regarding the results of Keratin and she sent me a text letting me know she would charge me to fix it! After I reviewed her on Groupon she responded to my review by saying she is sorry I MISUNDERSTOOD her offer, and that the keratin would be free but the $60 would be for wash and flat iron. there was NO MISUNDERSTANDING, her text was very clear. This place is a waste of time and money. Bad quality, no professionalism and Not very honest. Less than 1 star if possible.

She is so good stylist that I highly recommend.
She uses products with high quality. The salon is pretty and she is sooooo sweet .

I used to frequent this shop however, last time I went the owner was not there. I was charged double what I am usually charged. It cost me almost $200 to get a blow dry and color. And they made me and all of the customers that day pay in cash. I’m not going to go to place where I don’t know who will be doing my hair that day or how much it’s going to cost. If you are going to over charge then let the customer know up front so, they have the option to either pay it or go elsewhere.

I have been going to see Niove for many years. The care that I receive from her every time is bar none. Her hair treatments are amazing! She takes her time and makes sure that I always leave super happy. I don’t trust my hair to anyone else but her!
