Nova Central Apartments

Steven, Kayla & Raquel were very helpful. We were looking for an apartment and they helped us beyond measure. From seeing the grounds & the unit, to getting the exact apartment we wanted on the first floor to getting a convenient move in date to assisting with the down payment. Steven made sure everything was clear & understood. We’re looking forward to making Nova Central our home.

Just moved in and great experience so far. Kayla and Steven have been great with everything needed from day 1 (tour) to move in and beyond. The floor plan is definitely spacious and feels big with the second floor vaulted ceilings

The property manager Kalya and her entire staff are wonderful and very accommodating. They respond to your service request quickly. The community is very quiet and safe. Great amenities! I really loved living there. Defiantly would recommend this community to friends and family. Great place to live!

I am so glad to move from here. Maintenance requests take a while and you’re lucky if they do it right the first time. Also, always thought the office staff was rather unprofessional. The apartment itself was nice. Loved the vaulted ceilings. Overall would not recommend. Also, theft was an issue before I left. The neighbor’s car was left on cinder blocks. They used to have security but quit and the parking passes don’t actually mean anything. If you move in, stay away from the pool. All kinds of loud non residents are there day and night! Cops had to come multiple times just so people could get sleep before work.
