I have been a patient here for years and watched it slowly go downhill to the point where harm is actually being done to patients because of their negligence. I have had multiple instances where important prescriptions were called in wrong, or not at all, or the wrong tests ordered. But the icing on the cake was when I had to, due to very concerning errors they made during the first 2 appointments, make 3 appointments, each taking over 3 hours, just to get an immunity test so I could go to gradschool. They refused to provide the results unless I made a 4th appointment, but I could not take any more time off of work. I ended up not being able to go back to school because of this. And then I got a bill in the mail for $480. I have insurance. No one at this office cares about you, your health, doing their job, or whether you live or die. They should be shut down by the board and all the doctors that work here overseeing the students should be seriously looked into.

I went to NSU looking for a new PCP since mine left, I was assigned Yasmany Dominguez DO . He didn’t listen to my health history, he ordered unnecessary tests, that I already had done within the last month, that had nothing to do with my symptoms/ issues. I had to explain my autoimmune disease condition to him. In the end he basically wrote off my symptoms and concerns and gave me prescriptions for 2 things that I didn’t need! I’m not going back, first and LAST visit. Stay away, this doctor is pretentious and doesn’t listen.

My poor wife has been sitting here wearing a napkin they call a gown for an hour and a half freezing and waiting for the doctor. Why bother making you an appointment at 9:30 if you can’t be seen till after 11:00??? Maybe later as still waiting😩😩😩

Doctor’s appointments have been known to run behind patients’ scheduled times so arriving 15 minutes late would not generally be considered significant. But Nova’s North Miami Health Center was not flexible as a doctor refused to see a patient arriving 15 minutes after the appointment time. This is unexpected from any medical facility especially in Nova’ Southeastern’s case, since patients must give up their privacy by allowing interns to be inside the room while medical procedures are conducted on patients. Nevertheless, what legitimate medical center deny seeing a patients and ask them to reschedule 5 days later especially if the medical condition could possibly be serious??!! So irresponsible!!
