Claire Murphy is an artist. I have gone to several spas In the past but for the past 9 years I have flown down to Florida to get my fillers, Botox and now she has the radio frequency machine that makes me look my very best. When I leave and come back home I look natural, refreshed,

Avoid Nu-U Med Spa I went for the Mothers Day Botox Special, paid $400.00, and returned in 8 days for a touch up
Claire Murphy the Director said I did need additional units around my eyes, she then proceeded with the injections. I thanked her and as I was leaving she said I owed her $169.00. Other Botox Clinics offer touch ups for free, especially after paying $400.00, originally.
This is a “Bait and Switch”, the first injections do not work, then when you return she charges again, total of $569.00.
The filled “Botox” syringes are kept in a refrigator, who knows the dilution or how long they have been mixed.
Claire, I paid you but why do you think other customers would pay $400.00 for Botox, then 8 days later pay another $169.00 for “Botox” that should have worked to start with. This is a Bait and Switch.

Claire Murphy is absolutely the best!!! She did Restylane filler in my under eyes and I couldn’t be happier! Love love love them! It is life changing for me! I no longer look half asleep and now look totally refreshed. I am a client for life!!!
