Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Waited over 40 minutes for car side pickup. When I called from my car they had the nerve to tell me that the order was given to someone else. A manager comes out to no assist. Why are always incompetent people in customer service. There was no mixup with taking my money from my account. You didn’t take the funds from another customer. Why mix up who you giving paid items to. I don’t recommend their car side pick up nor do I recommend going to their restaurant.

I always loned Olive Garden.. one of my favorites, the food needs little more flavor and I noticed the quantity is shrinking every time I visit I hope they are not losing focus on customer as other restaurants make this mistake. We walked out still hungry even though the food was good and we ordered a lot of food

Can’t say enough about their servers. Don’t know what kind of training they give them but it works. Go there often and had a different server every time with each outdoing the last one. Food hot and tasty. A good server makes the biggest difference in every meal

It was definitely more than I had expected in terms of quality and quantity of food served. Our waitress was very good but very elusive. We hardly saw her because she was managing so many other tables. The meals were well prepared and sent out relatively quickly. Even the though the restaurant was full, we were seated quickly and attended to in a short space of time. Cant wait to visit here again!

Friendly staff. Very nice interior. Variety of table/seating options. Nice decor. Great specials for lunch/dinner.
