Some better quality clothes but not enough dressing rooms and always more than 1 person in dressing room. Takes forever. It’s a hit or miss place as far as clothing goes.

My friend and I are visiting from Canada. We came to this store last night and were so excited be in the store because the clothes are really wonderful. The staff, HOWEVER, were rude, obnoxious and MADE THEIR OWN HOURS. They were rushing patrons 30min before close and at 9:40pm (holiday hours; the mall and store are supposed to be open until 10pm) yelled, “WE ARE CLOSING THE CASH NOW HURRY UP THE STORE IS CLOSED.” At this point, my friend and I were still in the changeroom trying on clothing. We rushed to the cash because we thought it had been 10pm and didn’t want to be rude, we understand the demands of holiday hours, only to realize it was 9:45pm and we still had a solid 15 minutes in the store. We felt unwelcome, rushed and talked about. Had they not rushed patrons out of the store early, we would have for sure had enough time to try on at least an additional 3 or 4 garments each which we would have ended up purchasing. The store lost at least an extra $100 on us alone because of the behaviour of the employees. This is unacceptable and should be reported to HQ as I don’t think any company would appreciate losing business because of the conduct of THEIR staff. There were a couple other patrons who also felt rushed and just left the store without their purchases.

The girl at the cash, Diana (it says on my receipt stamped at 9:48pm), was also very rude to us and was throwing the security tags aggressively to demonstrate her anger and disappointment towards us. We felt like we did something wrong and we were so apologetic because she made us feel as though us being there offended her.

My daughter was here on 10/12 Saturday. She loves the selection, the prices for me are amazing and affordable. The young lady who helped my daughter was pleasant and professional. She wants to go again next weekend, help!! 👍👍😁
