PetSmart

I have spent probably thousands of dollars not onky at Petsmart but with Banfield. I ourxhased over $160 just yesterday in pet supplies plus grooming. I oIrchased a harness from the clearance section. It was to big, so I went to exchange it today. When I asked where the clearance had been moved to, I was told it had been counted for inventory and out away. I asked to simoly exchange for another size and was told I would have to wait untill Tuesday (it is Sunday) to exchange because the item had already been counted. Would it had really been so difficult to make the exchange. The person I spoke to in the store simply didn’t care about customer loyality and said that was their “corporate policy”. I exained that I was going out of town for the week to which she responded “you have 30 days for an exchange”. Well, thanks for that update and the crapy attitude.

PetSmart is great I have been going there for over my whole life. Also to see if you have a good connection with the pet sometimes they will let you pet it.

Lynette at the grooming salon is amazing🎊🎉. My doggy always comes out looking and smelling amazing! The staff is professional and organized and the salon is clean. I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and they’ve just gotten better over time. I would highly recommend this salon.

Great store for any kind of pet that you have. Great customer service. I just bought my first bird and it’s amazing.

It would be nice if they carried dogs clothes for bigger girls. My English Bulldog loves to dress up but its hard for the curvey girls to shop around..
