Jeff, First I want to think you for working with me on the pricing and being very honest with me. When I came into your store I had just left another pool store a little irritated because I told them what I wanted and they wanted to sell me something different. You listened to me and worked with me on the price and I’m very grateful. On July 27th your pool tech came to my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. The install was great and I’m glad I switch to a salt system. As a Realtor I would recommend PH POOL AND SPA SUPPLIES to any of my clients. Once again thanks and I will be by the store to buy some supplies soon.

You know, I really did not want to write a negative review but I’m so disappointed that I must state how I feel. When Jeff came to look at the job he was professional and said all the right things. The pool look nice after the work was done and we were pleased. Less than a month and we felt there was a leak because we kept having to add water to the pool. Called Jeff several time and no answer, until my husband reached out to a manager. Now he want us to pay for a leak check ($300) after they completed their work…smh. I refused to pay them another dime to check the pool, so ridiculous…ugh. My husband checked for leaks himself and found that it was behind the light that they installed; horrible patch work behind the light. There was a big hole behind the light and the water was leaking out. It cost us $15 to do the job. After they got their payment in full for the job, with no delay in payment it seems like all warranty was out the door. Please beware and be mindful. Jeff is a nice guy and fast talker, but in the end we feel like we were ripped off.

Robbie installed a whole new pool pump and motor. He did a great job! He went above and beyond. He did more than we could’ve asked for! Also great customer service! Jeff is amazing! Highly recommend them!!
