It was urgent that I see a dentist, Dr Suarez seen me as soon as possible. The insecurity of my teeth an smile really took a toll on me, But Dr Suarez assured me everything was going to be ok and the visit was very pleasant. This is for the office of Plantation Dental Services at 314 S. University Dr. , Plantation. One thing I can say is that this place is VERY RUDE (rudest one that I have ever seen). I had my appointment today at 9AM . I went there on-time, checked in . I handed my insurance card & ID and received some papers to fill out. I was sitting there and waiting for someone to call me . Finally , I got called around 950AM . I handed my paper and wait for the staff lady to check it , just in case if I missed anything. She went through the paper and said that the doctor might re-schedule my appointment because I was 5 minutes away from the next appointment. I asked her why since I had been waiting there and she said because I did not complete my form correctly and it was still missing one signature. I expected and waited for her to check the forms so I can correct it there . I could not believe what she said since I had been waiting there for almost one hour. Together with her attitude, I decided to leave the office without the service . I really doubted if I had a chance to see the doctor there even if I waited longer. This experience is a total WASTE of my time but I was glad that It happened on my first appointment with them. Otherwise I just spent my time and money here for frustration …I probably have to call my insurance to report it to avoid future problem . What happened today is just way beyond what someone can imagine at a Dental office…

The lady working at the front desk did not give me a proper refund receipt. When I asked for something in writing so I can have proof of a the refund she gave me a really bad attitude. She told me that they do refunds everyday. If you do refunds every day why couldn’t I get a proper refund receipt. I would not recommend this place. If I could I’d give this place no stars.

First time patient yesterday. Everyone was very helpful and patient. No one rushed me and answered all my questions. Dr Suarez was great, explaining everything and treating me like I was seeing her for years. Had a deep cleaning and the hygienist did a terrific job. Can’t say enough good about this practice

Staff here is great,great customer service,doctor experience and know what they’re doing and explained everything that’s going on with you….It was a great experience visiting here…Felt like I was home…👍👍👍👍👍👍
