i was with pnc a really long time but when i moved here and this became my local branch i closed out all my bank accounts and switched to chase thats how bad it is.

They sold me a clover device and did NOT tell me that it is NONRETURNABLE! they will not do anything to allow me to return it or exchange it. So I am very frustrated about that! It’s a very important detail to let the customer know that it is not returnable before the purchase is made!! Now I’m stuck with it. I’m not happy with the service.

If I could have rated a negative I definitely would of. Worst experience with a banking institution I’ve ever had. Not only are they witholding my money without any cause they were completely unhelpful with a mistake made on their end. I honestly think my entire disagreement with them arose from a prejudicial view of my appearance and that’s the most enraging part of this entire ordeal. The fact that if I’d done my transaction over the phone or online I would not have the same issues is absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve gone here multiple times to make a payment since it’s in a convenient location, but it’s possibly the worst customer service ever and bank. The reps always have an attitude and aren’t willing to help. It’s beyond frustrating when all you’re trying to do is make a payment but they take an eternity to process it or want to give you attitude. I can’t wait to finish my loan with this horrible HORRIBLE bank.
