Pollo Tropical is one of my favorite places I just think during lunch time the service can be a lot better the last be out the door for all day lunch break and they don’t want to have to have all day lunch break sitting there waiting to get their food and then lunch is over I think they need more help or me to Spruce it up during lunch time.

The location is convenient for us, less than one mile.
Seating area is fine. We use the drive through, it took us around 35 minutes to get our food.. way too long. It was late, so we decided to wait. Food was o.k. little bland for my taste.

Boneless chicken breasts done right, not burned, like in a lot of Pollo Tropicals that I’ve visited in the past. This one, I will be going more frequently. I think, they pay a little more attention and are more careful how they cook the food on the grill. I can only tell for the boneless chicken breasts, I had tonight. It was grilled right.

I must be totally honest with all of people who read these reviews…I enjoy going out for a quick bite on Fridays, I mean who wants to cook, after a long hard week. I don’t like to give 3 stars, but…not every experience is the same all the time. The service was horrible on this day 3/1. it was like..where am I? Did I walk in the wrong place? The rice taste blend, absolutely no flavor, my beans were so sticky and thick, the pork was dried up, she gave me more onions than pork. When I asked for a fork, it was tossed to me….
Sorry to say…Pollo Tropical is not getting the usual review. It’s not always like that, so don’t worry, perhaps even a great service next time. I’m just not returning to this one anymore. Best regards.
