Very difficult to use their bank on line. Support staff in the Sunrise bank not helpful. Closed my accounts after 20 years.

System in Florida is outdated Is very obsolete. They need to improve. Employees needs to be more polite. I was there on February 2020 to send money to my sister bank account as an emergency. It took 3 or more days for her to receive the money. They do not wire the money. You deposit the money like is going out of the US and they sent it by other means that takes a long time.to get to the destiny. Is like PR iis not part of the US. And their BPPR in PR doesn’t belongs to the same Banco Popular here in Florida.Very very old system.

I have been using this branch for 5 years and the atm is always down, nobody answers phone calls. I am not happy.

I usually don’t take the time to leave a review on circumstances or situations but I felt the need to leave a review for the bad experience I had at this bank. Personnel is very unprofessional, doesn’t respond to your phone calls always with the excuse , “they are with another customer” while the bank is always empty and doors are locked all the times. I definitely don’t recommend anyone requesting any type of service at this particular branch.

Horrible customer service. If you’re not Hispanic they don’t want to help. Very dismissive and nonchalant. I will close my account and go to another bank.
