Primo Remodeling

I went to primo under the advice of my handyman. Not having any knowledge and lack advice from the receptionist, who also had very little knowledge of porcelain tiles, I chose unglazed stoneware tiles, I spent 4000 on these tiles and other laminate floor tiles. The stoneware were horrible as they are porous and stain easily. I inquired about returning any leftover tiles and I was told yes, but with a 25% re stocking fee. At the end of my project I had 4 boxes leftover which they refused to take back. I hate my floors and now I have to deal with damaged tiles and a way to remedy the situation, which means an additional expense. I never had the opportunity to speak to the owner as all this transpired during this horrible pandemic. My advice to you. Do your homework before going there.

would not use them again to remodel my kitchen. Owners only talk to you in the beginning or when they want money. They did not meet all the requirements I had for my kitchen, the granite subcontractor ruined my counter top and the plumbing under my kitchen sink leaks all the time.

I love my new kitchen cabinets and granite! Amazing service! Great quality and price. Their contracotors completed remodel way faster than I ever imagined. Awesome experience!
