Horrible customer service. I went to get bangles for my daughter, the woman was reluctant to open the plastic wrapper for the bangles for my daughter to try on. She was telling me if you can pack it back the same way, you can try it on?? How does she plan on selling items if she cannot be courteous towards her customers, and help figure out their needs when they come to purchase items from the store? Also, when I asked her, I am looking for Lengha/Choli for little girls, she said English please. You are working in a store selling Indian items and how can you deny or pretend not to know a few basic terms in your inventory? This your business.
You should be concerned about all the negative reviews you have online. People heavily rely on reviews. Please consult with a customer service professional, if you want your business to continue. I should have checked the reviews before visiting this store. Never again!!

This place is a joke , I came to resize one of my watches . When I came up to the door the employees inside refused to open the door . No one ever came to the door . They where making hand signals witch I think is impolite especially if I’m willing to give you my business , they hand signaled me something and I just ended up leaving due to their poor service . I would hate to say I was being racially profiled but what’s the coincidence that I get in my car and along comes a person of different race and gets buzzed right in … I usually only give out good reviews but this experience motivated me to share this for anyone looking to do business with these people . It’s not worth it , take it to a place where every customer is equal .

Terrible customer service by the owner. To begin with, she was hesitant to open the store’s door for my family. She was very rude and needs to learn how to sell & service customers. We are not in a developing country where you can treat people badly because you own a store. We have choices in this country to buy jewelry. If you think you have unique jewelry collection, think again. There are plenty of stores in town with better collection and excellent customer service.

Don’t waste your hard earned $$ at this establishment.

Worst experience ever. Great jewellery designs but worst human designs. I cant spend more time wrting this review cause I cant imagine these people changing themselves or taking any criticism for that matter. In brutal reality these ladies or the owner wants to start to change, i’d suggest reading and applying these books in their life. “The Sell”, “7 habits of highly effective people”, “How win friends and influence people” and “To Sell is Human”.

I understand owning a jewellery store and its protection is your pritority but treating your costumer right is one more thing you have to do.the owner was very rude.Questions need to be answered respectfully not with “I have 2 costumers to deal with.its closing time” .not going back!You lost one customer!
