Publix Pharmacy at Jacaranda Plaza

This the absolute worst Publix to go to. A true name tarnish. Don’t bother ordering anything ahead of time it’s never ready. Everybody in the deli will look like a deer in headlights when you ask about your order.

This is the third time they miscounted my pills. I wonder if this is done to rip me off. Do not leave without counting your pills. They may be dishonest. I will make a complaint to the proper authorities and a investigation should be in order.

I was on this side of town so I stopped in for a sub. The wait wasn’t horrible but the deli associate was. I had to repeat myself plenty of times and each time I did, she seemed like she took it personal. In fact my entire single sub order seemed to be TOO MUCH for her. I asked for my toppings on the side and some chipotle sauce on the side as well. Both times that she changed her course of action to package my toppings and the sauce she acted as if I asked her to do the most impossible thing. The whole time I’m in my head like ‘But isn’t this in your job description? She didn’t thank me for my business when she was finished, but instead tossed my sub and toppings up and said next! Her name tag said Kemesia..terrible customer service but hey what do I know, I was just the customer. I won’t be back to this location for a sub.

Great Staff always willing to help you find what your looking for. The reason I love shopping at Publix!!!

Pharmacist is trying to act like he is my GP. Has made detrimental, opinionated, unfounded changes to my prescription program I have spent a long time navigating with my own Dr. If you have been using any prescription drug successfully, where the reward is outweighing the risk, and your pharmacist decides to influence your Dr., who knows you on a much more personal, as to which medications you should be using, consider changing pharmacies. It may just keep you from getting sick.
