Contacted the pharmacy to verify they had the medication i needed in stock, they only had half but told me they would give me that until the whole order came in. Drove almost 10 miles because it was the only Publix that even had that. I got there gave them the script, had the same conversation as i did on the phone where they were going to fill half and order the rest, and said i would wait for it. Came back after 30 minutes and the pharmacist says “oh, we have to order it, you’ll have to come back”. And during the 30 minutes I waited no one had the decency to tell me that?!?!…. I called and verified, drove there, had the conversation a second time to verify again and then waited 30 minutes. The pharmacy staff needs to learn how to communicate with each other and their customers.
